She shares her messages of having the determination to stay inspired, which motivates and awaken audiences in order
to follow their dreams find their passion and fulfill their purpose.

Inspiring
Ms. Ella Inspires women, men and young people as she shares her life experience
of overcoming challenges. Ms. Ella’s inspiring story of illiteracy, drug abuse,
teen pregnancy, abortion and domestic violence taught her to redevelop her life
all while raising her children, being a devoted wife and having a successful career.
Ms. Ella can attest to overcoming adversity and staying inspired.

Mentoring
Ms. Ella has her Masters of Arts degree in counseling and psychotherapy and a
trained Genesis relapse prevention counselor. She has developed numerous
core curriculums for women for over 10 years.

Ms. Ella founded Visionaries.
Visionaries is a workshop designed to discover and “Visualize the Inner You.”
Visionaries help you cultivate and manifest your vision, “See It Before You See It”.
Ms Ella uses oral, written and Vision Boards to assist individuals to discover their 
passion and purpose.
